Dr. Roberto Rosas, Director
Dr. Rosas is a Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus of Law at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. As an accomplished lawyer, educator, and engineer, Dr. Rosas brings extensive expertise at the intersection of law and technology. Enrique “Rick” Sanchez, Jr., Director
