AI is probabilistic

AI systems are inherently probabilistic. Whenever AI is used, it can introduce errors, including content that sounds plausible but is inaccurate or entirely made up, commonly called “hallucinations” or “confabulations”.

Always use AI tools with caution. It is good practice to keep a human in the loop: have a person review and verify AI-assisted work before anyone relies on it.
